independently paid at the moment you pick up the car):

Terms and Conditions:
- Minimum of 7 Nights for booking the
package.
- Prices referred to the whole package,
no difference for the use of Single or double Room.
- Those Children under 12 years old
are free of charge as long as they share the rooms with
their parents.
- At arrival in Cuban airports, the
clients are received by a specialist who provide them with
all information required, and exchange Vouchers, receiving
those valid for accommodation and meals.
- Vouchers are valid in a number of
4 stars hotels belonging to Gran Caribe Hotel Chain.
- In case of not use of the vouchers
no refund is applicable.
- Most hotels are ran in All Inclusive
plan, which allows clients to enjoy free beverage and meals
policy plus the use of hotels' installations, nautical sports,
and other amenities. In other cases the hotel accommodation
includes Breakfast and dinner. (See list of hotels and plans).
- Cars can be picked up at Havana City
and Varadero airports.
Refunds & Penalties:
- Cancellations made within 48 hours
before clients arrival: Penalty Charge of 90. 00 USD
- No show: Charge of 230. 00 USD
- Cancellations made within 7 days
before clients arrival: Penalty Charge of 50. 00 USD
- Cancellations made more then 7 days
before arrival date: Fully refundable.
