For those travelers willing to give their vacations the maximum flexibility booking hotel room and car at once, we have design a new travel package, “The Flexi Fly & Drive”. With this option you will be able to ensure having hotel accommodation all around Cuba during your holidays, in any of those hotels belonging to “Horizontes” Chain.

In addition to it, you could reserve a car in advance, so you pick it up at your arrival in the airport and begin your journey at your own pace, without prefixed travel schedule, without needing to book your lodging town by town. In every city, beach or nature spot, you could stop and make an over night, buying local tours and excursions available in any hotel desk, to continue exploring Cuba the next day.

The package includes:

• Accommodation in hotels belonging to Horizontes Chain throughout Cuba. Single or Double rooms. Breakfast and All Inclusive plans desecribed in the Hotels list.
• Standard Compact car with unlimited mileage.

The Package does not include (to be independently paid at the moment you pick up the car):

• The car Insurance
• Gas
• Guarantee refundable Deposit

Terms and Conditions:

• Minimum of 6 Nights for booking the package.
• Package price is applicable for Double or Single room equally.
• Children under 12 years old, shearing the room with parents are Free of charge.
• Vouchers for accommodation and car are to be delivered at arrival along with a road map indicating all locations where Horizontes hotels are placed.
• Vouchers are valid in all Horizontes hotels in Cuba. Accommodation is provided by the hotel desk after presentation of Vouchers according availabilities. In case of over booking, the hotel staff ensures you having lodging at the nearest equivalent installation.
• In case of not use of the vouchers no refund is applicable.
• Meals plan (EP; CP) only bed or bed and breakfast vary depending on each hotel. See list of hotels specifying plans.
• All cars are air conditioned and have mechanic transmission.
• The car is picked up at arrival in airport.
• Cars can be return at any rental office in Cuba without extra drop off charge. Exception: Those cars belonging to Rex car rental Company could be delivered back without Drop Off Charge only in Rex Offices located in Havana city, Varardero Beach, Holguin and Santiago de Cuba.
• Minimum age for being able to drive the car: 21 years old. For the Audi TT & VW Varavelle, the minimum age is : 30 years old.
  

Penalties and refund policies:

• Cancellation on a period of 5 days before scheduled arrival: Charge of 70. 00 USD
• Cancellation on a period of 4 days before scheduled arrival: Charge of 100. 00 USD
• Cancellation on a period of 72 hours before scheduled arrival : No refund applicable.
