The Cuban National Ballet, one of the most prestigious ballet companies worldwide due to the artistic and technical rigor of its dancers, among other merits, has an outstanding place in contemporary Spanish-American culture.

Our Cuban Ballet Tour is designed for those willing to learn about this famous company and have an overview on Cuban Ballet and other local dancing manifestations like the typical or the Afro Cuban ones. While taking part, you will become an insider of this entity and will be able to meet its outstanding personalities.
The tour starts in Havana, with a visit to the headquarters of the Cuban National Ballet in order to have a lecture and discussion with specialists and professors and to also watch a Ballet class at their well known adjunct school. generations will be trained, is another of the tour´ s most interesting aspects.

A morning city tour guided by a specialist on architectural heritage, will take the group to Old Havana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1982. The group will also visit the very interesting Museo de la Danza (Dance Museum). That night will be closed watching the traditional Cannon Shot Ceremony at 18th century "La Cabaña" Fortress.

Ernest Hemingway´s favorite places like "El Floridita" and "La Bodeguita del Medio" restaurants in Old Havana as well as Finca Vigía his former country residence, turned into a museum and located in San Francisco de Paula village, in the outskirts of Havana, are also included in this tour.
According to the season, the group can enjoy a performance by the Ballet Nacional or by other outstanding Folkloric Dancing Company .

A full day excursion to Varadero, the wonderful Cuban beach, will give them time to relax and enjoy the blue and transparent waters surrounding the Cuban archipelago. At return, a farewell dinner will be given to honor the participants of this tour.
